Hi, my name is Bryan

We all have a story to tell. I meet and get to know quite a few couples at a very important time in their lives and each story I hear is completely amazing. The stories about how you met, how you fell in love and when you realized 'this is the one.'

Your children will look through your wedding album and learn about the history of your love...your grandchildren will do the same and that's why these stories are so important to tell because these are the stories we build our lives around.

This is what I love...telling stories.

And how do we do that? It's about spending time together. Chatting, learning about why you're together and what makes you tick as a couple.

And on your wedding day I'm there with you, as a storyteller documenting with my eyes and heart.  I don't get noticed much, people are relaxed around me because I'm calm and collected. Always. And as the story unfolds before us, I capture and build, moment-by-moment, frame-by-frame, each tear and smile, until the last moment has passed.

And when we get together, let's not talk about
camear gear. Let's not talk about tossing a  bouquet or garter...instead, let's chat about
why you're engaged, what you see in the person
you're marrying...tell me the vision for wedding
and how I can be a part making that vision a reality.

What do you say? Send me an email and let's get the
conversation started.

What a year it was…

I haven’t had a chance to think about letting 2011 soak in. To think about all that’s happened this year and how it’s leading into the next is both overwhelming and exciting. To think about all the friends I’ve gained, the moments I’ve been graciously allowed to see and document…I’ve been welcomed into peoples lives,...

Featured! – Style Me Pretty

It’s that time of year again. It gets dark early, warm soups and hot tea call my name all day while I work. The holiday weekend is right around the corner and somehow the end of the year is upon us. They go by fast, don’t they? I’m working on a year-end post to thank...

Katie and Ryan – A styled Engagement

I’d been dying to work with Krystel since we met at a local bridal expo earlier this year.  Her enthusiasm for weddings and style are infectious and as a photographer and lover of all things visual, combining the two can be very exciting. When she approached me with the idea of running a contest to...

Chicago – On the Street

Earlier this month I flew to Chicago for a few days to visit my brother, eat great food and enjoy some near freezing weather.  I was suppose to shoot an engagement session in the city but due to a work related emergency my couple couldn’t make it.  I was bummed but we’ll shoot that session...

Niki and Kyle – Cuvier Club, La Jolla

Well, I’m blogging from my parents house in Central California.  Spending time with family during this time of year is awesome and I’m extremely thankful for it. Unfortunately I spent the past 2 days figuring out how to stop hackers from breaking into my blog.  My apologies if you came here looking for wedding photos...
