This has to be one of my all time favorite Sweet Tooth Sunday posts. First off…we cooked. We pulled Mark Bittman’s book How to Cook Everything off the shelf and made some pancakes.

But why would we cook pancakes? 3 little words…Noble Maple Syrup. It’s the best, hands down THE best, maple syrup we’ve ever tasted.

Each batch is infused with vanilla bean and Egyptian Chamomile…an amazing flavor pairing. And it’s a beautiful thing to see.
